Nadish Garg is board-certified in Cardiovascular Medicine, Interventional
Cardiology, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, and Cardiac CT
Angiography. With more than 10 years of experience in cardiovascular
medicine, he is recognized for his expertise in valvular heart disease, complex
coronary and peripheral interventions, and advanced structural heart
procedures. His procedural specialties include TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman,
and PFO closure.
Dr. Garg completed his General Cardiology fellowship at the University of
Missouri–Columbia, followed by advanced cardiovascular imaging training at
Houston Methodist Hospital and an Interventional Cardiology fellowship at the
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He then pursued additional
specialized fellowship training in Structural Cardiology at Essentia Health in
Duluth, Minnesota, further refining his expertise in cutting-edge structural heart
interventions.
In addition to his extensive clinical training and experience, Dr. Garg served as
an Associate Professor in the Division of Cardiology at the University of
Tennessee Health Science Center for seven years, where he was actively
involved in physician education and academic medicine.
